Tariffs: Developing the UK’s duty suspension application process. Government has launched a consultation seeking views for how businesses can make an application for tariff duty suspensions. These suspensions will apply to goods imported into the UK. The consultation is open till 12 March.

Covid-19 mass testing Programme (England only): You will be aware that the Government has launched an employer-facilitated mass testing programme for England employees. Government is keen to understand any blockers that prevent some businesses from engaging with mass testing and whether any incentives could encourage more employers to participate.
