Customs, Borders, and GVMS
Search the register of customs agents and fast parcel operators: The list of customs agents and the list of fast parcel operators have been updated.

HMRC Brexit communications resources: The leaflet ‘Full customs controls – actions for EU businesses trading with the UK’ has been updated with a section on the Goods Vehicle Movement Service (GVMS).

 Goods regulations/ legal standards
Using the UKNI marking: From 1 January 2023, products will need to have UKCA marking to be placed on the market in GB for the first time. This date has been changed from 1 January 2022.

Designated standards: Lists of standards that businesses can use to show their products, services or processes comply with essential requirements of legislation. The text has been revised to provide more information on the designation process.

Haulage/transit
Check which international road haulage permits you need: Added information about using 2021 permits for operators based in Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Russia, Tunisia and Ukraine with vehicles traveling to the UK from 1 January to 28 February 2022 due to delays in processing permits for 2022.
