Preferential Duty Rates/ Rules of Origin

Claiming preferential rates of duty between the UK and EU: How to claim preferential rates of duty on goods covered in the UK’s deal with the EU and how to declare goods imported into the UK on your import declaration. The statement of origin section has been updated to clarify the need to identify goods that are originating and non-originating.

Changes to international trade mark registrations after 1 January 2021: Numbering of comparable trade mark below added and the example table has been updated: - ”We are aware that the EUIPO uses two numbers to identify international (EU) trade marks. Please use the number that is prefixed with “W” when searching for your comparable right, leaving out the “W” and including our prefix”.
