Right to work check process

A new video on right to work checks has been developed to assist employers with the new right to work check process from 1 July 2021. As all UK employers should carry out right to work checks for new hires this is a key change to communicate.

The video guides employers through the new right to work check process, including details of what applicant information and identity documents are required for each type of check and links to further information.

The newly developed right to work social statics to our employer partner pack (page 8), an updated version of which you can find here.

Road Haulage

Carry out international road haulage: Updated the ‘Get the right vehicle documents’ section, as green cards are no longer needed to drive in the EU (including Ireland), Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia or Switzerland.
