THE GREAT BRITISH WOOL REVIVAL
The Great British Wool Revival is a Fashion Roundtable initiative.
In collaboration with The King's Foundation Future Textiles programme The Great British Wool Revival remapped a broken British wool system, supporting farmers' 'Made in the UK' principles and best-practice processes from field to final product.
“This timely revival plugs the systems gap by supporting local production, regenerative practices and fully traceable supply chains.”

Since its launch in September 2024, The Great British Wool Revival has grown from strength to strength. To date, the website is supporting 650 stakeholders, is being accessed across 80 different countries and has been shown at leading design and agricultural shows.
In May 2026 we hosted the inaugural Great British Wool Revival Summit at Dumfries House in Ayrshire, Scotland. The event marked a milestone for the initiative, bringing together stakeholders to discuss the future of British wool.
