Laura Weir's Debut Speech as CEO of the British Fashion Council last night at their annual Serpentine Summer Party (a clip!)

Joe Bromley, Fashion Editor of the Evening Standard, Tamara Cincik from Fashion Roundtable and Natalia Cassel, FR’s Communications Partner at the BFC Summer Party last night.

Part of Laura’s speech, announcing the pilot of an initiative led by Fashion Roundtable ally Sarah Mower MBE, who has been a keen supporter since our very first events, which will support working class and access across the 4 nations of the UK, making it less London-centric. In line with FR objectives to democratise the fashion industry and open up opportunity for all with talent, whatever their background, location or social class.
