Reserve your Place: The Great British Wool Revival Summit to Debut at Dumfries House 20th May
Fashion Roundtable is pleased to announce that The Great British Wool Revival Summit will take place on Wednesday the 20th May, in collaboration with The King’s Foundation. This is the first ever farm to fashion event of its kind and is sure to be a landmark event, set against the historic backdrop of Dumfries House, the headquarters of The King’s Foundation. This first “clip to consumer” event, will feature an exciting array of speakers and workshops from farm through to fashion and beyond.
Designed with connection in mind, the event will bring together British farmers, manufacturers, designers, brands, innovators and creatives, to exchange ideas, share best practice and build meaningful connections around regional wool, provenance, craft, and regeneration. This is a strictly limited guest list to ensure that every conversation matters.
The programme will offer a rich mix of panel discussions, interactive workshops, tabletop sessions, and on‑site farmyard demonstrations, creating engaging, hands‑on opportunities for knowledge exchange. A key feature of the day will be a curated farmer‑to‑maker matchmaking element, designed to strengthen collaboration and spark conversation across the supply chain—from fashion to furniture and homeware.
Keynote speakers will be announced over the next few weeks, and we are excited that Kate Hills MBE, the founder of Make it British, has been confirmed as part of the exclusive line up, along with Journalist and Consultant Kirsty McGregor (ex- Drapers/Vogue Business) and many more will be revealed soon.
As a valued member of Fashion Roundtable’s network, we are sharing a priority window for you to secure your place, before the remaining tickets are open to the public on Tuesday 28th April.
The summit marks a significant milestone in the ongoing success of the Great British Wool Revival (GBWR) initiative, founded by Tamara Cincik dedicated to restoring value, visibility and viability to British wool.
